Shipping Policy

For Australia wide delivery, we use a multiple courier companies in order to give you the best delivery rates and speedy service.
Through these providers, expected delivery timeframes can range from anywhere between 2-8 business days. This largely depends on where you are located and the time of year.
Due to current COVID lockdowns, all major courier companies are experiences delays due to significant postage volumes increasing. This can effect the delivery times to all customers across Australia.
For orders of $39 or more – we offer free standard shipping, with an option to pay for express shipping if you require.
Our Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping rate: $5 for orders below $39
- Express Shipping: $10
International Shipping
We use Auspost for all international web orders. Delivery times are dependent on customs, shipping, and local postal services. Free shipping does not apply to these orders.
Tracking
All postage is sent with tracking details as long as you provide an email address.
If your order is late, please follow up with the courier directly. You will receive email notifications from them once your order once leaves our premises. If you haven't received your order within one week of ordering online, contact us at info@paxtoncoffeeco.com.au and we'll figure this out for you.
