This homely blend is the foundation that we built our company on. We have combined the stone fruit flavours of the Central American highlands with the intense, earthy overtones from Sumatra, Indonesia. This blend is rich and full bodied. Blend 13 is roasted only slightly past medium, is low in acidity and will arouse the palate. This versatile blend will arouse the senses and get your day started on a high.

This 3-bean blend was inspired by a very special member of the Paxton family.
Like her namesake – Lynny is bold and dashing. This light to medium roasted sensation is sourced from Central and South America. Using the finest beans from Brazil, Guatemala and Costa Rica – Lynny displays minimal acidity, and a sweet, bold aftertaste. She is our most popular blend – Her strong aroma and full flavoured espresso is sure to help kickstart that morning routine and start the day with a bang!

This rich yet smooth blend is a cornerstone of the Paxton family, and has been delicately roasted with the finest beans sourced from Columbia, Guatemala and India. A delightful experience of honeycomb and raisin notes that lingers on the palate with a sensational body that cuts through the milk. As an espresso, the delicate apple and citrus notes permeate which is a precursor to the balanced yet complex sensation that dances on all parts of the palate.
