We are certain you will love our coffee as much as we do.
Our products are guaranteed by us – but we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
Exchanges and refunds will be provided if any purchased item is unsuitable. As long as the stock is unused and is in its original condition. All retuned stock will be paid for by the customer. Once it arrives back we will apply a refund to your nominated account.
We pack every order with love and care – so if the order has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately (with pictures) and we will organise a new delivery to you.
